1930S Bally Bumper Pinball Machine Ultra Rare VersionThis is a version of the 1937 bally bumper i have never seen before owning this one. I have had this machine for about trhee years now and never quite got the chance to restore it. Although it will nto need much to restore. I am selling a few things due to health reasons, not because i want to. I tinkered a bit and got it ot light up, show scores when bumpers were hit etc. The socring is a littlel sluggish, you can hear the score register when the ball hits a bumper, but sometimes it won't advance the scoring unit. The back door on the head, and the front door are missing but they were just wood, no hardware on them. Now for ym thoughts on the game. It is obviously a bally bumper, or at least parts were sold or licensed to another company by bally. The ball shooter says it was manufacutred by t. S. Halpin & co. Ltd. Of mt. Brydgse ontario. The playfield is exactly the same as the first version. The playfield apron si exactly the same. The cabinet and bacgklass is not. I think this cabinet and backglass is way nicer than the original bally version. The art deco side art (not painted, but overlayed wood shapes) is really cool, and the backglass is larger, and has nicer graphisc than bally's first version. The game is too large to ship regular post, but shipping via truck should not be too bad as it is much smaller than a regular size pinball.I can't ship this for you btu i will accomodate the shipper of your choice when they come to pick it up. I will wrap/box up the head/backglass ahead of time to preserve it and i will take the legs off. I will even cover the playfield and glass with bubble wrap etc. oN extra charge. $9.99 starting bid, no reserve. A true auction. Please email with any questions. Lucky winning bidder will have a rarity in their collection. Thakns and good luck!
